UrbanStag does not provide your personal information to anyone. It is used only for the purpose intended, which is to fulfill your order or send you information regarding UrbanStag.

Payment

UrbanStag accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Once you have filled your gear bag with the essential gear, then proceed to check out. Your comfort level with this process is our highest priority.

Your payment is processed through a secured server -- Secure Socket Layer (SSL) uses 128-bit encryption, which is the highest level available. The encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is being transmitted over the Internet.

Delivery

UrbanStag aims to process orders as quickly as possible. In the event of a delay we will advise you.

We calculate shipping costs directly through the United States Postal Service. All shipping costs are quoted directly through the United States Postal Service, using their online shipping calculations based on product weight and your mailing zip code.

Guarantee/Returns

Customer satisfaction is a high priority for UrbanStag. One of the goals is to make the product(s) and the information provided so good that there are few, if any, returns. Still, UrbanStag recognizes the fact that however good the product is, there will be times when it simply does not meet the needs of some customers. To ensure a positive experience and image with its members, UrbanStag will offer a guarantee. If for some reason the selected product is not right for you, then return it for a full refund with in 30 days of shipment. Refunds are made on the price of the product, plus applicable taxes we collected at the time of the purchase. Shipping costs are refunded for exchanges on sales of the same value or greater. Shipping costs on returns that are not for exchange or for an exchange of lesser value are not credited. If UrbanStag shipped you the wrong goods in error, we will refund the postage.

Credit card refunds are credited directly to the credit card used to make the purchase.

When returning the products please pack them carefully to avoid damages. Include your details and the reason for the return. Obtain proof of purchase for your return in case it is lost in transit.

UrbanStag will refund your purchase within 10 days of receiving the returned goods.
